Entry is via Facebook only, so visit our Facebook page from 03 December 2018 to 07 December 2018 and submit a holiday snap of a place you have visited this year. Remember to tell us three things:

• What camera/phone did you use to take the picture?

Terms & conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Columbus Travel Media through its website and its Facebook page.
2. Opening to closing date and time: 03 December 2018 01:00 GMT – 07 December 2018 21:00 GMT.
3. The prize is a £50 Amazon gift voucher, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The voucher will be sent to the winner via email, therefore it is required that we ask the winner of the prize draw for their preferred email address.
4. This free prize draw is open to anyone around the world excluding employees of Columbus Travel Media and their relatives. Any person 16 and under must ask for parent/ carer/ guardians permission first.
5. Maximum of one entry per person.
6. The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.
7. By submitting a picture, you have granted Columbus Travel Media/ World Travel Guide an unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, publicly display and reproduce the photo on any social media platforms, blogs or websites of Columbus Travel Media and World Travel Guide.
8. Only one winner is chosen – the winning photo will be picked at random.
9. The winner will be notified in a reply to their comment and will be asked to send an email to Columbus Travel Media’s email address travel.editorial@columbustravelmedia.com directly with their email address. See below for privacy policies.
10. The winner will be announced at 15:00 GMT on 13 December 2018.
11. To be able to claim the prize, the winner must send an email to travel.editorial@columbustravelmedia.com with the required information within 7 days of receiving the notification. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. Columbus Travel Media has the right to choose an alternate winner with the same conditions.
12. By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Liabilities

1. Columbus Travel Media will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
   2. any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;
   3. damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize;
   4. problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and
   5. any act, omission or default of any third party supplier.
2. Columbus Travel Media does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
3. Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.
4. If Columbus Travel Media’s prize draw is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law). Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.
