Passports

To enter Fiji, a passport valid for at least six months beyond intended period of stay is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.

Visas

Visas are not required by all nationals referred to in the chart above for stays of up to four months.

Nationals of the following countries also do not require a visa for Fiji: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, the Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Chile, China, Columbia, Dominica, Eswatini (Swaziland), Federated States of Micronesia, the Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Macau, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Nauru, New Zealand, Nigeria, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, the Philippines, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Russia, Samoa, Serbia, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Business travellers are usually granted a 14-day stay on arrival.

Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Fiji.

Visa Note

All visitors must hold onward or return tickets and sufficient funds to cover stay.

Types and Cost

Single-entry visa: F$91; multiple-entry visa: F$180.

Validity

Single-entry visa: three months; multiple-entry visa: up to four months per visit within 12 months.

Working days

Visa applications normally take three working days to process from the date of receipt by the Visa Officer.

Extension of stay

To extend your stay, contact the Department of Immigration (www.immigration.gov.fj).

Entry with pets

Your pet must be vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days and no more than 12 months before travel to Fiji.

Please note that it is not advised to bring your pet to Fiji.
