Public transport road:

Public transport rail:
Rail: The Amtrak Hiawatha (tel: 1 800 872 7245; www.amtrakhiawatha.com) line connects Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport to central Milwaukee's Intermodal Station (journey time: 15 minutes; fare: US$7.50) as well as Union Station in Chicago (journey time: 1 hour 20 minutes; fare: US$24). Services run seven times daily Monday to Friday or six times on a Sunday. The last train departs the airport for Chicago at 1945 and for Milwaukee at 2119. Shuttles to the airport station are available from outside baggage reclaim.
