Passports
To enter the British Virgin Islands, a passport valid for the duration of stay is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
1. Canadian citizens can use an original birth certificate accompanied by valid photo ID, such as a driver's licence, but a passport is preferred.
Visas
Visas are not required by nationals referred to in the chart above for stays of up to one month. Stays can be extended at the discretion of the Chief Immigration Officer.
Proof of ongoing journey, sufficient means and pre-arranged accommodation are required.
Nationals not referred to in the chart are advised to contact the Home Office in the UK or the nearest British Embassy/High Commission to check visa requirements.
