Cape Verde visa-free entry is available to citizens of the following countries:

Africa: Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) member states—Benin, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo—along with Angola, Mauritania, and Mozambique.

Europe: European Union (EU) member states, Schengen Area associated countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), Russia, and the United Kingdom.

Americas: Brazil, Canada, and the United States.
